TICA 2011 Revised Pay Offer

Please find attached the Employers revised offer* following our meeting in Darlington on Friday 11th February 2011.

This is a major improvement on the offer and finally addresses the pay for overtime working in the industry.  Over the next 8 months parity with the basic rate will be achieved.  A £1.21 increase in the overtime rate starting with a 61p increase on the 4th April 2011 has been achieved.

The negotiating team has no hesitation in recommending this offer.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members and Officers for their support especially the GMB and Unite negotiating team.

Please complete the attached ballot paper and return to your Union’s Regional Office by no later than 28th February 2011.
