The team over at York Workers’ Disabled Co-operative are busy preparing for what they hope will be a great spring and summer in orders for their bespoke garden furniture.

Thanks to the generosity of GMB branches, the co-operative is able to continue to provide paid employment for disabled workers, who in turn, produce some fantastic products.

A recent donation of £200 came from the team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service Branch, but sadly on the day of the presentation the team were called away urgently because of the current demand on the NHS.

However, pictured are Christine and Mark from the co-operative, who were only too pleased to take time out of their busy day to have their picture taken.
