House of Lords Inquiry into Access to Emergency Services

Last week, they published their findings: Emergency Healthcare: A National Emergency.pdf
This makes interesting reading and confirms the majority of what we have been advising. It's also interesting that ambulance services are continually being called 'emergency service' and not 'essential service'.
Their recommendations (in the report above) include a referral of the crisis to a COBR Committee.
