GMB COST OF LIVING SURVEY

Across the UK workers are facing a cost-of-living crisis and the message from our Burberry members at the meeting we recently attended could not have been clearer; pinning your earnings to a ‘foundation living wage’ is not going to be enough to address that crisis.

This ‘living’ wage went up in September to £10.90, but Burberry are unlikely to agree to implement this until April next year, again ‘not good enough’.

We are now launching this survey and the results of it will formulate what we approach the company with once it is closed (November 18th, 2022).

This will be our claim for improvements to your pay and terms and conditions.
